Once you are in possession of the downloaded eBook / guide, there is no way for us to retrieve it back from you and therefore, we will not be refunding any monies collected. If for any reason you received a "broken link" or the item download did not work, contact us and we will email you another copy of the purchased eBook / guide. If you simply cannot stand what you have purchased, please let us know what you felt was lacking within 5 days of purchase, and we will see how we can help.
